Flexible Part-Time Physical Therapy Office Front Staff (Sisters)
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to add to our front office. We are looking for an individual who conveys warmth, feels comfortable navigating through online systems, and ideally has previous office experience. The part-time, flexible work schedule will include regular scheduled hours that will be agreed upon by the clinic and the new hire, as well as covering for teammates’ time off. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursdays 7:30am-6:30pm and Fridays 7:00am-5:30.
Your duties would include:
Greet patients and create a welcoming, calm environment
Answer phones, return messages, and communicate clearly with patients
Schedule appointments
Check patients in/out and take payments
Keep the clinic and resources clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with basic administrative tasks (EMR filing, scanning, etc.)
Support staff and help keep daily operations running smoothly

Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home community care. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and effective treatment techniques to support patients in their rehabilitation journey.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions including trigger point therapy and discharge planning.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
Proven experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient settings or geriatrics is preferred.
Familiarity with discharge planning processes and home community care approaches.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
Experience in providing compassionate patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
