Selah Broderick, L.M.T. has been working in the health, recovery and movement fields since 1991. She attended East West College for the Healing arts in 2006 for massage therapy. In her 19 year career as founder and director of Yoga for the Heart, her love of movement, anatomy and working with people landed her a job with a group of physical therapists and bringing her studio into the clinic. Working as a PT aide she wanted to do more with patients and went back to school for massage.
Understanding the necessary components of recovery and wellness, Selah uses a variety of modalities to support patients in their rehabilitation, prevention and wellness goals. Deep tissue, hydro therapy, facilitated stretching, neuromuscular techniques and a commitment to deep listening and continued learning are all part of Selah’s treatment protocol.
